Terms and Conditions

280 Rs is the minimum service charge for residential properties.
500 Rs is the minimum service charge for the commercial and business properties.
Depending upon the services requested by the customer, the final invoice is subject to change

Any extra work requested by the Customer will incur extra charges.

The work for additional service will begin only after confirmation of the prompt by the customer.

If any equipment or spare parts are required for the work, the customer will be charged according to market price and work will be continued only after the customer approves.

Payment for the materials can be made by cash directly to the service personnel or via online methods. If a customer prefers to pay via online method, the materials will be bought under Company's name for the purpose of tax filing.

If a situation arises where any equipment has to be rented to carry out the work, the customer has to cooperate with the service personnel in acquiring the equipment and in payment of the rent.

The time elapsed in procuring the equipment will be part of the total time of work.

An inspection cost of Rs. 150/-will be charged if the customer cancels the work after our partner arrives at your site.

In the event the Service Personnel is unable to resolve the customer’s issue, they may cancel the order.

If no Service Personnel is available as per the customer's booking date or time we will send upto3(three) slots of rescheduled date and time which is based on the availability of the Service Personnel. Customers can accept or reject the rescheduled date/time.

While using their services, you will not engage the Service Personnel in any illicit, criminal, or immoral activities, nor will you threaten, harass, or abuse them.

You must ensure that at the time of service, access should be provided for the work to be carried out. The Company will not be responsible for any damage or cost incurred as a result of failure to provide adequate access for service.

Provide requirement details accordingly, including photo and then post it.

You will receive multiple quotations from different skilled service personnel.

You can chat with the service personnel and decide the cost,date and time.

Once quotation is confirmed by both parties,work details including location will be made available to the service person.

Service personnel do the site visit and provide you the final quotation and carry out your work.
